For leaders

AI Leadership

Private advisory, an intensive leadership programme and grounded executive briefings. Choose the depth of support your decisions require.

Ways to work together

The right level of support for the decision ahead.

01 / Executive Advisory

Independent perspective, when the stakes are high.

Executive Advisory / Fractional Services gives leaders a sounding board for priority decisions: where to invest, what to question, how to govern, and what needs to change across the organisation. Support can be shaped around a specific decision or an ongoing leadership agenda.

02 / Private programme

AI Leadership Accelerator

A private 12-week advisory engagement. Across six focused conversations we apply AI to real executive work, explore opportunities and risks, challenge assumptions, and define a practical direction for the next phase of organisational adoption.  At Stellance.ai we understand that the pace of change dictated by new LLM (Large Langue Models) redefining new standards every day, up and comping disruptors and an ever-changing landscape made up of confusing licenses, mixed pricing models and complex integration scenarios leave Leadership Teams paralised on what to tackle next and how.  We have created this bespoke program to resolve exactly that. Made up by both practical hands-on reviews on the latest and greatest models together with indepth insights defining a clear roadmap ready to be executed.

Executive reality

The challenge is not access to AI. It is knowing how to lead with it.

  • The board wants answers
  • Teams are experimenting without direction
  • Suppliers make conflicting claims
  • AI investments are difficult to evaluate
  • Governance feels unclear
  • Productivity gains remain unproven
  • Competitors appear to be moving faster

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from AI training?

Training teaches tools. This is advisory: the work is your work, the outputs are your decisions, and the measure is the quality of the judgement you can hold in front of a board.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. The engagement assumes commercial and operational fluency, not technical background. Anything technical is translated into the decisions it affects.

Is this focused on one AI tool?

No. Tools change. We work with whatever is appropriate to the task and keep the focus on judgement, value and governance rather than a single platform.

How much time is required between sessions?

Typically two to three hours across a fortnight — applied to work you already have, not additional coursework.

Can this support board-level conversations?

Yes. Several outputs are built for exactly that: the leadership brief, the governance guardrails, the narrative and the 90-day plan.

What happens after the programme ends?

You hold a defensible position and a plan. Where organisational activity follows, it can be supported through the wider Stellance engagements — with no obligation to continue.

03 / Keynotes & briefings

A clearer conversation about AI.

AI Keynotes & Executive Briefings bring delivery-grounded perspective to board discussions, leadership gatherings and conferences. Each session is shaped to the audience and focused on the decisions behind adoption, not another tour of tools or trends.

The goal is not to become an AI expert. The goal is to become a leader who can make confident decisions about AI.

AI is now part of the leadership agenda.

The question is not whether it matters. The question is whether you feel equipped to lead the decisions that follow.

About

Over two decades inside the change, not beside it.

Our founder has spent over twenty years in digital transformation and technology enablement — in the rooms where decisions were made, budgets were defended, and delivery met reality.

He founded Stellance because AI is repeating a familiar pattern: enormous potential, enormous noise, and a widening gap between what leadership is ambitious about and what the workforce is genuinely equipped to do. Every previous wave left the same residue — tools bought, capability unbuilt, value assumed rather than measured.

Stellance exists to close that gap. Clarity for the people setting direction. Calm for the people carrying the change. Practical capability for the work itself.

Technology has rarely been the hard part. Getting an organisation genuinely ready for it always has been.
