SEO, GEO and AEO Strategy
Be the answer people and AI assistants give.
Buying rarely starts on a search results page any more. People ask Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and take the answer rather than clicking through. An organisation that ranks well but is invisible to the assistant has a problem most reporting still does not show.
SEO, GEO and AEO are three disciplines that only work together: being findable, being citable, being the answer. We run them as one plan on one set of content, measured against the questions your buyers and candidates actually ask.
What you get
Visibility baseline
Where you appear today across Google and the major assistants, tested against the questions that matter commercially rather than a vanity keyword list.
One plan across SEO, GEO and AEO
Technical foundations, structured data, entity coverage and answer-shaped content, sequenced as a single piece of work rather than three separate tickets.
Content built to be cited
Pages written so a person trusts them and a machine can quote them: clear claims, dated positions, named owners and sources worth referencing.
A read-out you can act on
Where you show up in answers, where you do not, what changed and what it did to enquiries — reported alongside search and pipeline, not apart from them.
Who it is for
- Organisations whose pipeline starts in search and is quietly moving to assistants
- Marketing leads watching clicks fall while brand interest holds steady
- Firms with real expertise that nobody online can find, quote or verify
- Leaders who want to be recommended by AI tools, not merely described by them
How the work runs
- 01
Baseline the answers
We ask the real questions in the real tools and record what comes back, so the work starts from evidence rather than opinion.
- 02
Fix the foundations, then the answers
Technical and structured-data work first, then the content that makes you citable, in the order the evidence says matters.
- 03
Measure what the assistants say
A repeatable check of how you are represented in AI answers, reviewed monthly and fed straight back into the plan.
Questions leaders ask
What do SEO, GEO and AEO actually mean?
SEO is being found by search engines. GEO — generative engine optimisation — is being cited by assistants such as Copilot and ChatGPT. AEO is being the direct answer to a specific question. Same content, three different tests, which is why they are planned together.
Is this the same as content management?
No, and the two belong together. Content management keeps what you publish accurate and current; this decides what it has to say and how it has to be structured so search engines and assistants can use it.
How soon does it show?
Technical and structured work usually moves within a quarter. Assistant visibility is slower and less linear, and anyone promising a fixed position by a fixed week is guessing.
